Optical Flats are optical materials that have undergone surface optical polishing, and their flatness accuracy is very high. They are often used as standard planes to detect and evaluate the flatness error and bonding performance of high gloss surfaces of other components.
Usually, the surface profile has λ/10 and λ/ 20 types, and the parallel difference accuracy can achieve<1 arc second. Each optical flat crystal of LIWANOPTICS is finely polished and tested using a Zygo interferometer to ensure surface accuracy.
